GrupoBeIT’s Field Service 2.0 is a solution for the operational challenges of our clients. Before its implementation, our client faced a lack of specific attention to the needs of end users, which affected daily operations by not adequately addressing issues such as computer equipment failures and cybersecurity deficiencies.

However, since adopting Field Service 2.0, significant improvements have been observed. In addition to resolving basic technical issues, the service has closed major cybersecurity gaps by implementing controls and protocols to prevent attacks and ensure information security.
